Wondering whether your account / subscription is active?

  • First, make sure you're logged in in a web browser: Log in
  • Click "Manage Subscription", or go here:
  • Under 'Subscription Status' you'll see whether it is Active, Cancelled, Expired, On Hold, or Pending Cancellation.
