Is My Membership Active?

Wondering whether your account / subscription is active?

  • First, make sure you're logged in: Login
  • From the menu, go to Account, click Manage, and then click Subscriptions.
  • This will let you view your subscription. (If you see more than one, the one on top is the most recent, and you can click View to see more details.)
  • At the top you'll see whether it is Active, Cancelled, Expired, On Hold, or Pending Cancellation.
