Is My Membership Active?
Wondering whether your account / subscription is active?
- First, make sure you're logged in: Login
- From the menu, go to Account > Manage
- Under 'Subscription Status' you'll see whether it is Active, Cancelled, Expired, On Hold, or Pending Cancellation.
