Why is My Subscription On Hold?
If you see the "On Hold" status on your subscription page, this can be for a number of reasons:
1) Did you just sign up? With some payment types, there can be a brief delay for the payment to process, but contact us if it's still not active after an hour. If something went wrong when you tried to pay (internet connection failed, for example), you may need to try the sign up process again. Email us if you're not sure or you need help.
2) Did the payment fail? Check the Related Orders area on your subscription page. Then please read here for instructions to Update Your Payment Method
Sometimes if a payment fails too many times, the account has to be manually reactivated. Contact us for help if you're unable to update your payment method.
