Why is My Subscription On Hold?
If you see the On Hold status on your subscription page, this can be for a number of reasons:
- Did you have a gift certificate / gift card that has already been used up? Don't worry, if you'd like to continue, just cancel the subscription, stay logged in, and complete the sign up form. Unless your account was inactive for a very long time, your progress will be saved.
- Did you just sign up or renew? With some payment types, there can be a delay for the payment to process, but it shouldn't take more than an hour.
- Did the payment fail? If you're not sure, check the Billing History link below. Then check the Payment Failed link below for help.
