Why is My Subscription On Hold?

If you see the On Hold status on your subscription page, this can be for a number of reasons:

Did you just sign up or renew? With some payment types, there can be a delay for the payment to process, but it shouldn't take more than an hour.

Did the payment fail? Check the Related Orders area on your subscription page (Account>Manage>Subscription). Then please read here for instructions to Update Your Payment Method. Sometimes if a payment fails too many times, the account has to be manually reactivated. Contact us for help if you're unable to update your payment method, or if you're not sure why it failed.
