Check the Status of My Account
To check the status of your subscription, please follow these instructions:
1. Login to your account in a web browser
2. Go to Account > Manage > Subscription (If more than 1 is shown, you can click View to open each one)
3. The subscription page should show the status as one of the following options:
Active - You're all good! You should be able to access everything. Contact us if you cannot.
Pending Cancellation - This means you have already cancelled your subscription and it will end automatically at the end of the current billing period. You should still have access until it ends.
Cancelled (or Expired) - This means your subscription has already ended.
On Hold - This means a payment was initiated, but not completed. There are a number of reasons for this, but usually it means your last payment failed. (More info in the links below)
