Check the Status of My Account
To check the status of your subscription, please:
- 1. Login to your account in a web browser
- 2. Click "Manage Subscription", or go to Account > Manage
Here is what each status means:
- Active - You're all good! You should be able to access everything. Contact us if you cannot.
- Pending Cancellation - This means you have already cancelled your subscription and it will end automatically at the end of the current billing period. You should still have access until it ends.
- Pending - This means a payment was initiated, but not completed. Please see the Payment Failed link below.
- On Hold - This means the subscription is awaiting payment. Please cancel the subscription and then sign up again. (Your progress will be saved.)
- Cancelled (or Expired) - This means your subscription has already ended.
