Update My Payment Method
If you purchased your subscription through our website and paid via credit / debit card, here's how to update the card we have on file:
- Log in
- Go to Account > Manage > Subscriptions
- If more than one Subscription is listed, click View on the one that is Active
- click Change Payment (If the "Change Payment" option doesn't appear for you, email us for help)
- Complete the form and click Change Payment Method.
If you paid via PayPal:
- Login to your PayPal account and make sure a valid payment method is connected to this subscription
"On Hold" Subscriptions
If your subscription is On Hold, awaiting payment:
- Log in
- Go to Account > Manage > Subscription (If you see more than one subscription, click to View the one that is "On Hold")
- Scroll down to Related Orders.
- Click Pay and complete the form (adding your new payment method, if needed)
If your payment failed but the card number is correct, we would recommend that you contact your bank to ask the reason the transaction was declined.
