Update My Payment Method
"Cancelled" Subscriptions
If your subscription is already cancelled (possibly because the last payment failed), you'll need to complete the sign up form again. Don't worry, unless it's been inactive for a very long time, your progress is saved. Here's what to do:
- Log in (in a web browser)
- Sign up here: Become a Member (you can select the currency and plan at the top)
"Active" Subscriptions
If your subscription is still active, but you need to change the card we use for billing, here's what to do:
- Log in (in a web browser)
- Click "Manage Subscription", or go to Account > Manage
- Click Change Payment and follow the instructions
"On Hold" Subscriptions
If your subscription is On Hold, awaiting payment:
- Log in (in a web browser)
- Click Manage Subscription, or go to Account > Manage
- Click Pay and complete the form (adding your new card number, if needed). If "Pay" is not available, please cancel your subscription and sign up again. (Progress will be saved)
If you want to pay with a different currency:
(For example, if you were paying in dollars previously and now you want to pay in euros.) You'll need to end your current subscription and then start a new one, but don't worry, your progress will be saved.
- Log in (in a web browser)
- Click Manage Subscription, or go to Account > Manage
- Cancel your subscription
- Wait until after it ends (see end date)
- Log in (in a web browser)
- Sign up here: Become a Member (you can select the currency and plan at the top)
