"Cancelled" Subscriptions

If your subscription is already cancelled (possibly because the last payment failed), you'll need to complete the sign up form again. Don't worry, unless it's been inactive for a very long time, your progress is saved. Here's what to do:

"Active" Subscriptions

If your subscription is still active, but you need to change the card we use for billing, here's what to do:

  • Log in (in a web browser)
  • Go to Account > Manage
  • Click Change Payment and follow the instructions

"On Hold" Subscriptions

If your subscription is On Hold, awaiting payment:

  • Log in (in a web browser)
  • Go to Account > Manage
  • Click Pay and complete the form (adding your new card number, if needed)

If you want to pay with a different currency:

(For example, if you were paying in dollars previously and now you want to pay in euros.) You'll need to end your current subscription and then start a new one, but  don't worry, your progress will be saved.

  • Go to Account > Manage
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Wait until after it ends (see end date)
  • Log in (in a web browser)
  • Sign up here: Become a Member (you can select the currency at the top)
