Reactivate Previous Subscription

How do I reactivate my account?

Welcome back! If you were a member in the past, here's how to reactivate your subscription:

1) First, Log in to your account, if you're not already. You can use the same email and password you used previously. (If you can't remember the password, click "Lost Password" to email yourself a link to create a new one.) 

2) Go to your Account Settings and make sure your account is Cancelled or Expired. (If it says "On Hold" or "Pending Cancellation", stop and contact us for help.)

3) From your Account Settings, view your Subscription, click Reactivate, and follow the prompts to sign up again.

That didn't work...

Certain payment methods require a different process. If your account shows up as Cancelled or Expired, but you don't see the Reactivate option, click here instead: Become a Member and complete a new sign up. As long as you're logged in, it will be linked to the same account.
