Why is My Payment Pending?
If you paid with PayPal, sometimes there is a bit of a delay for the payment to process. Email us if it still hasn't processed after a few hours.
If something went wrong when you tried to pay (internet connection failed, for example), you may need to cancel it and try the sign up process again. Email us if you're not sure, or if you need help.
If you know the payment was successful, but you still don't have access when you log in: Email us and we'll help you out. Please include details about the payment such as the transaction date, description on your statement, last 4 digits of the card used (or PayPal email address), etc., to help us locate the payment.
