How Do I Resubscribe?
First, please check the current status of your subscription:
- Login in a web browser
- Go to Account > Manage > Subscriptions
- This will tell you if your subscription is Expired, Cancelled, Pending Cancellation, On Hold, or Active
If your subscription is...
Expired or Cancelled:
- Contact us if you already paid recently and don't think it should be expired
- Otherwise, view the subscription, click Resubscribe, and complete the form
- If 'Resubscribe' is not available, or if you need to use a different currency:
- This means your account is still active, but that it will cancel at the end of the current billing period
- Please wait until it ends before resubscribing, otherwise you will be paying extra for the days remaining
- Contact us if you changed your mind and don't want to cancel
- View the subscription and check under the "Related Orders" section.
- Click Pay to make your next payment
- If you need to make other changes (like the currency) before paying, or if 'Pay' is not available, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
If the last payment is marked 'Failed', you may need to check to ensure there are sufficient funds, check the expiration date, pay with another card, or contact your bank get more information on why the transaction was declined.
