Error appearing, such as "unable to get property…"

If you are seeing an error, such as when trying to access a lesson inside the Learning Studio, this is most commonly caused by an outdated web browser version.

The quickest solution is to update your web browser version. 

If you're not sure how, you can try searching Google for something like this:

How to update Google Chrome on the Mac

Of course, you'd adjust this search according to what browser (Internet Explorer / Edge / Safari / Opera / Firefox / etc) and operating system (Windows 8 / Mac / iOS / Android) etc. 

Note that if you are using a mobile device that wasn't made in the past few years, it may not be possible to update your browser unless you're able to update your device's entire operating system. We do our best to make the site as backwards-compatible as we can, but our site does often rely on newer technologies that older devices or web browser versions weren't ready for.
