Invalid ZIP Code or Postal Code
Are you trying to sign up and it's not accepting your ZIP code or postal code?
If you're using a debit/credit card based in the US or UK:
Make sure to enter the ZIP or postal code associated with the billing address for that card.
If you're using a debit/credit card based in Portugal, or another country:
Our payment processor (Stripe) uses your IP address to determine whether to ask for a ZIP or postal code. (It used to be based on your card number, but recently they have started using location instead.)
This means that even if you are using a Portuguese (or other) card, if you are currently in the US or UK, or if you are using a VPN set to the US or UK, you will see these fields for ZIP or postal code.
In this case, you will either need to turn off your VPN temporarily, or you will need to enter any valid ZIP or postal code for the country where you're currently located, even though it doesn't match the card you're using.
